GLOBO Interpreter Services is now live across the network — expanding access to 300-plus languages and strengthening video interpretation, including ASL, at the point of care.

Why this change?

GLOBO replaces CyraCom/Propio services to better support clinical communication by:

• Expanding access to a wider range of languages
• Increasing availability of video interpretation via iPad carts
• Enhancing support for patients with limited English proficiency and those requiring ASL services

GLOBO capabilities

• Phone interpretation: 300+ languages
• Video interpretation: ASL and 30+ additional languages

Updated iPad carts are now in use, with brief, on-unit guidance still available as needed.

In-person Spanish interpreters remain available at:

• HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center
• HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center
• HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center
• HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center

To request an in-person Spanish interpreter, please call 602-786-1000, and select the appropriate location when prompted. ASL requests will continue through HonorHub.
