HonorHealth is launching electronic consents (e-consents) to streamline documentation, improve accuracy and enhance patient experience. Physicians and APPs will now complete and capture patient consents electronically, reducing paperwork while ensuring secure, real-time access to consent forms.

The transition to e-consents affects physicians and APPs who utilize consent forms, including those in interventional radiology, surgery, cardiology and inpatient settings.

To support adoption, training resources are available on the Provider/Surgeon Learning Home Dashboard in Epic. You may also reference the e-consents IT Knowledge Base article or download the e-consents tip sheet for step-by-step instructions and answers to common questions.
