What it is

Concierge Neurology is a new membership-based program led by Todd Levine, MD, director of preventive neurology at HonorHealth and an internationally renowned neurologist with expertise in neuromuscular disease, preventive neurology and neurological research. The program offers expanded access, guaranteed same- or next-day appointments, extended, unhurried visits and direct communication with Dr. Levine, including after-hours, weekends and holidays.

Who it’s for

Patients managing a neurological condition such as ALS, Parkinson’s, myasthenia gravis, neuropathy or cognitive issues; those with a family history of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s or other neurological disease; and those who want to be proactive about their long-term brain health.

Membership options

The program offers individual and couple memberships, with a discount for existing primary care Concierge Medicine members. Standalone three-month membership packages and second opinion consult packages are also available for patients not ready to commit to full membership.
