As of January 2026, Medical Staff dues have transitioned from an annual payment model to a biennial model aligned with the reappointment cycle.

At the time of reappointment, physicians must now submit:

• The standard application fee (no change)
• Two years of Medical Staff dues

Dues remain $200 per year, per facility and will be collected in full at reappointment.

Aligning dues with reappointment simplifies the process and reduces separate billing cycles during the credentialing period.

This update was reviewed and approved by Medical Staff Leadership, the Bylaws Committee and the Board.
