Coming summer 2026: HonorHealth Medical Fitness

Your patients will soon have a new, clinically guided resource to support long-term wellness. Opening in summer 2026, HonorHealth Medical Fitness is designed to bridge the gap between clinical care and sustained health maintenance.

Why HonorHealth Medical Fitness

HonorHealth Medical Fitness uses a clinically driven approach to exercise and wellness. Programs are designed and overseen by medical professionals, with degreed experts in exercise physiology, nutrition and medical fitness. The center is integrated with our rehabilitation services, helping patients transition smoothly after your care and build sustainable health habits over time.

Which patients could benefit

Medical fitness is ideal for patients who need more than a traditional gym membership, including those who may benefit from:

  • Guided exercise after injury, surgery or long periods of inactivity
  • Supervised strength, balance and mobility programs
  • Functional movement, fall prevention or active aging coaching
  • Cardio/respiratory-friendly or post-pregnancy exercise guidance
  • Medical oversight weight management
  • Support for neurological or mobility challenges

The patient experience

Members will receive personalized exercise plans, goal setting and expert coaching. They’ll also have access to wellness education, classes and coordination with HonorHealth rehab teams when needed.

The 40,000-square-foot facility includes:

  • Cardio and strength training areas
  • An indoor walking/jogging track
  • Group exercise studios
  • Six-lane lap pool, therapy/leisure pool and whirlpool
  • Steam room and sauna
  • Gymnasium space for basketball, volleyball and pickleball
  • Outdoor turf training area
  • Family nights and kids club*

Memberships start at $70 per month. An opening special will waive signup fees for the first 500 members.

Monthly rates:

  • Individual: $70
  • Couple: $100
  • Family: $130
  • Student: $55
  • Single-day pass: $20
