Your voice, our action: Results and progress from the 2025 Physician and APP Engagement Survey
The 2025 Physician and APP Engagement Survey highlighted meaningful progress across HonorHealth while identifying opportunities to further strengthen communication, physician and APP involvement in decision-making and workplace culture. Since the survey closed, teams across the organization have already taken action on your feedback. Here’s what we learned, what has improved and what’s next.

- Physicians and APPs want meaningful involvement in decisions that affect their practice.
- Strong perceptions of safety continue to correlate with higher engagement scores, reinforcing the value of transparency and safety reporting.
- Physicians and APPs reported an improved ability to spend sufficient time delivering care.
