What is a walking moai?
Moais (pronounced mow-eyes) originated in Okinawa, Japan and signify the act of coming together for a shared objective.
How many people make up a team?
Walking moai teams will consist of five to eight individuals who walk collectively for 30 minutes at a time at least once a week for 10 weeks.
What is the purpose of this activity?
This activity offers an active means to unwind and alleviate stress alongside your colleagues and presents a chance to connect and form friendships.
