WPLC: Honor Ball recap
We all shined bright at the Honor Ball in early March where we celebrated the HonorHealth Foundation and the impact philanthropy has on our work. Our own Tiffany Pankow, MD, was honored along with Rahul Doshi, MD, and Fred Marciano, MD, with the Physicians Advancing Philanthropy Award. Thank you for all you do to support a culture of philanthropy through your tireless leadership, advocacy, volunteerism and personal giving. We hope to see more of you all at Honor Ball next year! Watch a video from the event.
April and May events
In April, we were joined by allies and champions for our third annual fundraising event with an inspirational evening featuring guest speaker Tait Shanafelt, MD. Dr. Shanafelt is Stanford Medicine’s Chief Wellness Officer, and well-respected and renowned researcher, author and speaker on physician well-being and burnout. We are already busy planning next year’s event and look forward to another celebration with our incredible women physicians, allies and champions!
Be on the lookout for announcements for our second lactation suite ribbon cutting event on Friday, May 10. The HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center lactation suite construction is complete with beautifully painted walls and the furniture is ready to welcome the hardworking mothers of HonorHealth!
