Physicians’ Leadership Program holds its first course

HonorHealth’s Women Physicians Leadership Council (WPLC) and Academic Affairs held the first of its Physicians’ Leadership Program courses on Wednesday, Oct. 12, in collaboration with the University of Arizona’s Eller Executive Education.

The program is a six-month hybrid learning experience designed for HonorHealth physicians moving from individual practitioner to physician leader. It’s not too late to join! Click HERE to learn more.

CME-credited modules include:

• Developing a growth mindset in yourself and the people you lead

• Your strengths derailed: Managing behavior under stress

• Your brain and change: Inspiring others to grow and shift in rapidly changing environments

• Unlocking diverse perspectives: How to lead high performing teams

• Effective communication: Balancing positivity with candor

• Patient-centric management: Design thinking for healthcare leaders

Courses continue through March 2023 for those physicians enrolled in the program.
