Physicians’ Leadership Program in collaboration with University of Arizona | Eller Executive Education  2022/2023. HonorHealth Women Physicians Leadership Council (WPLC) in collaboration with HonorHealth Academic Affairs is offering a leadership course.

Goal: Provide leadership education for emerging physician leaders sponsored by HonorHealth Academic Affairs and the Women Physicians Leadership Council.

Learners: Early career physicians, physicians considering leadership opportunities, chief/senior residents.

Description: The Leadership Program is a six-month hybrid learning experience designed for the new HonorHealth leader moving from the individual practitioner to a physician leader.

CME credit with proposed modules:

  • Developing a growth mindset in yourself and the people you lead
  • Your strengths derailed: Managing behavior under stress
  • Your brain and change: Inspiring others to grow and shift in rapidly changing environments
  • Unlocking diverse perspectives: How to lead high performing teams
  • Effective communication: Balancing positivity with candor
  • Patient-centric management: Design thinking for healthcare leaders
