Our IT teams are committed to keeping our data secure. Starting Tuesday, July 11, multi-factor authentication will be needed to access PACS Synapse Mobility.

Prior to this go-live and to avoid any interruptions, please ensure you are enrolled in Azure AD and/or have Microsoft Authenticator installed on your phone.

Logging in to PACS Synapse Mobility with multi-factor authentication:

• Enter your Epic/HonorHealth username and password.
• You’ll be prompted to perform a Microsoft Authenticator validation, or you can choose to have a text message sent to your phone.
