Last month, HonorHealth broke ground on a new facility to bring together outpatient care, along with fitness, nutrition and other preventive health services to provide whole-patient care. The HonorHealth Medical Campus at Pima Center, being developed in collaboration with Boldt Healthcare Real Estate, will feature a 100,000 square foot ambulatory building, with up to 40,000 sq. ft. of medical office space available for lease.

Slated to open in 2025, the new location will be located on the west side of the Loop 101 and Pima Road in Scottsdale and represents an investment of $50 million. The HonorHealth Medical Campus at Pima Center will offer sports medicine, primary care, urgent care, imaging, physical therapy, bariatrics and other preventive services. These services will be integrated alongside a membership-based medical fitness center that will include a fitness floor, free weights, cardio machines, aquatics center, gymnasium and a running track.

Experienced medical space planners will custom design each medical practice’s suite to meet their individual needs. Tenants will be able to choose from a variety of standard suite finishes or work with the designer to customize their office. Equity ownership options are available to qualified physician tenants who desire to invest in the property.
