Better support. More connection. Less stress. That’s the purpose behind Leadership and Initiatives for Fulfillment and Thriving (LIFT), a physician-led committee dedicated to making your experience better at HonorHealth.

LIFT brings together physicians from across our medical centers, clinics, residency programs and fellowship tracks. By listening to diverse voices, we can better shape the strategies, resources and events that make a real difference in your experience.

Current priorities include:

• Expanding peer support programs into the East Valley.
• Creating more opportunities to connect with colleagues.
• Enhancing CME offerings.
• Building hands-on philanthropy experiences in our community.

Supporting your well-being

We’re committed to reducing barriers and giving physicians what they need to thrive. Current initiatives include:

• Confidential peer support: Access through the Peer Support Power App — safe, compassionate and never tracked.
• CME opportunities: Flexible and meaningful education options.
• Removing stigma: Mental health questions have been eliminated from credentialing applications — read more here.
