The processes, technologies and policies we use every day have a direct impact on the well-being and success of our teams. Often, it’s not the major challenges that wear us down; it’s the small, frustrating tasks that seem redundant, unnecessary or inefficient.  These “pebbles in our shoes” can build up over time and contribute to burnout, workflow disruptions or reduced satisfaction.

That’s why Getting Rid of Stupid Stuff (GROSS) is a key part of our well-being efforts. GROSS is a digital suggestion box where team members can submit ideas to remove low-value work, eliminate redundancies or reduce extra clicks in the EHR. Whether it’s a step in a workflow that no longer serves a purpose or a process that could be streamlined, your insight can help drive improvements.

Have an idea for removing an unnecessary process or making an EHR task easier? We want to hear from you. Learn more about GROSS under Quick links on HonorHub or email your suggestions to getridofstuff@honorhealth.com.
