The HonorHealth Cancer Care Cancer Genetics Risk Assessment and Prevention Program is now accepting new patients. The program has three full-time genetic counselors available to see patients at the HonorHealth Cancer Care Biltmore, Deer Valley and Scottsdale Shea locations.

If you have a patient who meets genetic testing criteria, you can refer them to HonorHealth’s Cancer Genetics Risk Assessment and Prevention Program by:

• Placing an ambulatory referral to Genetics in Epic.
• Faxing our referral form to 602-331-5765.
