Preparations for Phase Three, construction of Pavilion Three, are well underway. Earlier this month, there were significant external and internal changes made. Below you’ll find maps reflecting the external campus changes and first floor department relocations happening throughout the month. Dates are subject to change.

Valet parking:

• Valet parking has moved to inside of the parking garage.
  • Valet will be using golf carts to bring patients/visitors back and forth to the main entrance at the North Bridge area.

Impacts to external campus:

• The main entrance for Pavilion One and Two is now closed.
  • The new patient/visitor entry area is at the North Bridge entrance to Pavilion One (between MOB and the medical center.)
  • Patient pickup and drop off will be located between MOB One and the old entrance.
  • Outside cafeteria patio entrance will close permanently.

Internal changes due to construction:

• Medical Records moved to the Diagnostic imaging area.
• Outpatient laboratory and waiting room moved to the former Medical Records area.
• The Sanctuary is now in the old PBX area.
• Security office is now in the basement of Pavilion Two (volunteer supervisor office.)
• Level Two Surgery Waiting and OR Consulting rooms moved to Pavilion Two, Level Four waiting room.
• Admitting, registration and patient waiting areas moved to the former hoteling spaces across from the former Administration offices.
• Gift Shop moved to the MedStaff Services area, next to temporary Admitting.
