Our Medical Staff Services team, led by Network Director Olivia Loeffler, CPCS, CPMSM, is implementing several improvements to better serve you:

• Enhanced customer service: Each MSC is assigned to specific hospitals to provide personalized, consistent support.
• Streamlined processes: We’re fully adopting our software systems to make privileging and onboarding faster and more efficient.
• Improved communication: You’ll have a direct contact for all Medical Staff needs.
• Coming soon: New user-friendly applications for appointments and reappointments launching this fall.

Centralized Verification Office (CVO) updates

Our CVO team is now fully staffed and trained, with dedicated members supporting your application from start to finish. We’ve rebuilt our internal workflows to meet industry standards and are tracking performance to ensure timely processing. Our goal is a median time of 45 days from application receipt to verification — so you can focus on your patients, not paperwork.
