But you also told us where we could do better.

We’re addressing burnout with expanded quiet spaces, wellness rooms and AI solutions that reduce Epic clicks and documentation burden. We’re strengthening our commitment to diversity with dedicated programs for physician communities and women in medicine initiatives. And we’re building comprehensive APP leadership frameworks as well as enhancing onboarding support for new providers.

But we didn’t stop there. We’re also optimizing staffing patterns, adding support roles, enhancing leadership communication and investing in professional development opportunities.
