We know how important clear and timely communication is for our HonorHealth Medical Staff. That’s why we’ve introduced a streamlined way to request physician and APP-facing communications through ServiceNow.
If you have updates, announcements or information to share with your colleagues, you can now submit it directly through our new Physician and APP communications request form. This dedicated pathway helps ensure your message reaches the right audience through the right channel — whether that’s the Medical Staff Newsletter, email, physician and APP blog or other appropriate outlets.
What can you share through this form?
- Expert insights: Share your clinical knowledge – best practices, case discussions and interdisciplinary guidance.
- Research and innovation: Keep colleagues updated on research breakthroughs, new protocols, tech advancements, digital health and pharmacy news.
- HonorHealth updates: Stay in the loop with essential organizational news: policy changes, leadership announcements, EHR updates and legislation.
- Wellness and community: Promote wellbeing resources, cultural awareness initiatives and community involvement opportunities.
- Spotlight: Celebrate success! Recognize individuals or teams, featuring accomplishments, awards and department news.
- Learning and development: Announce CME events, workshops, training and academic growth opportunities.
How to submit a request
- Visit the ServiceNow Marketing portal.
- Select the “Communications” button (the yellow one!).
- Select “Physician and APP Communication.”
- Fill out the form by selecting your category of communication and providing content, audience and timeline details.
