Starting Monday, July 1, 2024, HonorHealth is changing how patients obtain their diagnostic imaging results.

What you need to know about this change:

• Patients can access their diagnostic imaging results securely and conveniently via:
  • MyChart: Patients who have an active MyChart account can sign in to view, download and share their images with other providers. Patients who don’t have a MyChart account can visit here to get started.
  • Email: Patients will receive an email from Ambra, a secure image-sharing platform. They can obtain their diagnostic images by clicking on the link in the email and following the on-screen steps.
• If a patient prefers to get their imaging results on a CD, they should contact the HonorHealth Medical Records Department at 480-882-4040.
  • A CD can be mailed to patients free of charge.
  • Patients can opt to pick up the CD in-person at either HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center or HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center.
