Nominations are now open for the Trailblazer Award! Submissions should be for an outstanding female physician dedicated to advancing innovative and novel approaches to care in our community while embodying HonorHealth’s ICARE values of innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect and empathy. She should be leading change and possess strong alignment with HonorHealth’s core values, making her an outstanding leader and innovator in our medical community.

What you need to know about the nomination process:

• You can self-nominate or elevate your female colleagues.
• Nominations are being accepted via this application form. You’ll need to provide:
  • A 300-word description of a project/initiative/program developed by the nominee.
  • The nominee’s CV.
  • A letter of recommendation from an HonorHealth affiliate.
  • A current headshot of the nominee.

The deadline for submissions is Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024.
