Join a Wellness Walk with a Physician

HonorHealth Integrative Medicine and Shalini Singh-Karnik, MD, are excited to introduce Wellness Walks, a walking initiative to foster healthier communities.

“Our goal is to inspire individuals to engage in purposeful movement within a community context, with the aim of making a significant impact on overall well-being,” says Dr. Singh.

The monthly walks are led by a physician. Participants will receive a brief presentation from the physician related to various health and wellness topics. Following the presentation, attendees can enjoy a walk with a physician and other like-minded individuals. This initiative is in harmony with HonorHealth’s commitment to helping our communities live better. Longer.

All are welcome to attend an upcoming walk at no charge. Our summer series will be hosted at Scottsdale Community College on their indoor walking track.
